It is sooo much more fun than expected. The food is almost ridiculously tasty and easy to prepare even for my boyfriend who hasn’t been cooking a lot previously. In the first week, we get rid of some kgs and for me:

  • my skin looks and feels so much better
  • I’m not tired anymore
  • I have a lot of energy and this also reflects in my workouts
  • I only need 2-3 meals a day and feel full all the time

Cheating does not even come to my mind. I don’t crave any other food, no chocolate, ne pizza, no rolls, no coffee,… It’s awesome! :)

Bring on the next 23 days!
